When it comes to fish, it's Hitakami.
It is such a standard sake.
It even has the image of a sake that can be drunk while licking salt.
Even though it is dry, it has a mild aroma with just a hint of rice flavor.
I think it should be served cold if you want to pair it with sushi, but it can also be enjoyed at room temperature.
