Purchased at Tomekawa Sake Shop, aka Crazy Salad Pavilion.
Uses Kumamoto yeast.
It has a flat taste with a moderate sweetness. The calmness is typical of Kiritsukuba, but there is a kind of strength that comes rushing in, which gives a different impression from usual Kiritsukuba 🤔.
It's different from usual but I personally like it 😋.
