This was the best sake at the Tomekawa Sake Shop tasting.
So I brought it home with me.
I was told at the time of purchase that the rice was Hananishiki. It is as rich as it says, with a mild and gentle sweetness. I tried cold and warmed sake at the tasting, and it doesn't fall apart at any temperature. I prefer it at room temperature, but I think it is a versatile type of sake.
I drink it at room temperature without refrigeration, which is rare for me.
