bouken
The toji, Chikara-san, said this was the best sake of the season.
The taste is sweet and expansive, with a sense of fullness. It is light all the way through. It is banana-like. The bitterness lingers moderately as an aftertaste.
The label is very Tsukuba-like.
I think it tastes sweeter on the second day than freshly opened.
