I can't drink a lot of it since it's 20 degrees, but I've never tasted a regular sake with such a good taste 💦.
A little like Morinori's Kamisen Unfiltered Nama Sake.
This brewery has been making only Kaisen and Kamisen for many years and has been slow to release Junmai.
