Transparent color, clear aroma, sharp attack. It has a cool and subtle flavor, and goes in easily with a lingering finish.
The rice is Gohyakumangoku for both Junmai and Jungin, and it is a refreshing type. I heard that Jun Gin is also available in Sake Mirai, so I'll look for it next time.

This sake is made from a food rice called "Mizuho Kogane". Mizuho Kogane is a mutated form of Hitomebore.
As soon as you take a sip, you will feel the rich sweet and savory taste, and the gorgeous aroma will run through, and the last taste will be tightened by the sour and bitter taste.
The harmony of sweet, umami, sour, and bitter is wonderful, not to mention the silky smoothness that only Origarami can provide, so you can enjoy drinking it without getting bored.
