On the first day of opening the bottle, it has a refreshing Muscat-like aroma ⤴︎︎The sweetness and flavor of the rice is very good, and the mouthfeel is light and soft.

This sake is made from a food rice called "Mizuho Kogane". Mizuho Kogane is a mutated form of Hitomebore.
As soon as you take a sip, you will feel the rich sweet and savory taste, and the gorgeous aroma will run through, and the last taste will be tightened by the sour and bitter taste.
The harmony of sweet, umami, sour, and bitter is wonderful, not to mention the silky smoothness that only Origarami can provide, so you can enjoy drinking it without getting bored.
