It seems to be the most popular in the Tenmei series,
I couldn't get it this year, too,
But when I dropped by the Fukushima antenna store in Nihonbashi last month, I found a bottle of Tenmei.
I was so excited that I immediately bought it. ❣️
From the fresh aroma
Muscat flavor with just the right amount of sourness!
I knew the fourth was good 😁.
Eat with take-out yakitori and stewed motsu.

Green Jun Gin
Transparent color, clear aroma, sharp attack. It has a cool and subtle flavor, and goes in easily with a lingering finish.
The rice is Gohyakumangoku for both Junmai and Jungin, and it is a refreshing type. I heard that Jun Gin is also available in Sake Mirai, so I'll look for it next time.

Transparent color, sweet aroma, soft attack. The taste is clear and dry, with a smooth entry and good sharpness.
We explored the Fukushima antenna store in Nihonbashi.
There are a lot of sake like Tenmei and Hiroto that I want to drink👀.
But considering the space in our small refrigerator, I chose Naraman this time.
