It tastes bitter at the beginning, but the sweetness of maturity comes with it and you feel relieved. うささんIt is easy to drink even though it is considered quite dry. よっちAt Furusato Gourmet Terrace Event in Okachimachi
well balanced and tasty! うしまどThis sake has a robust kome flavor. The brewery has been renovated in a very stylish manner, and I hope they will continue to produce sake in a relaxed manner that is not influenced by trends. うしまどFujii has been replaced by Yazawa Brewery. It has a mature taste without showiness. The flavor slowly seeps out. The brewery has a stylish space for tasting and eating, so I would like to visit again at a leisurely pace. yuryurA sake brewery had a stall at a local shrine festival. The brewer recommended "this is good with tama-konnyaku," so I bought it without hesitation.
It has a robust yet refreshing flavor, and it certainly goes well with tamakonnyaku and yakisoba. よっちAt Fukushima-kan, Nihonbashi, Kanda

Drinking Comparison
I liked the low-temperature brewing, which was a little unusual. しーちゃThe name has been changed from Fujii Shuzo to Yazawa Shuzo. There's a strong aroma of rice. ウッニI drank it at an izakaya ^_^.
It said "0 sake" but it was spicy...? It was too spicy for me.
Too spicy for me ^_^; EugeneThe mouthfeel is like aloe yogurt. The throat is quite dry, with a tropical aftertaste like papaya or banana 😋🍶. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
