Eikawa] booth.
The name "Sakaegawa" is written as "Sakaegawa.
There are two Eikawa breweries in Fukushima Prefecture with the same name and the same kanji, and they are apparently not related or unrelated. They seem to have a much longer history than the Eikawa Brewery in Aizu Ryugasawa. It seems that there are many breweries in Fukushima Prefecture that share the same name, such as Toyokuni and Otokoyama.
◉Hashigo-zake
I asked for a standard sake, and this is what I got. A classic honjozo with a slight sweetness that lingers in the mouth.
◉Mine
Sweet to clear, with a slight spiciness in the aftertaste. Clear and sweet impression.
◉ Eigen Junmai Ginjo
The sweetness feels a bit sugary. It has a unique lingering aftertaste from the umami.
Junmai Daiginjo
A very clear and unforgettable sake.
Junmai Daiginjo Degahara Washi Label
The clear mouthfeel is followed by a sequence of umami and sweetness. The taste is a little bit sweet.
