Kifeng Tsuru's Challenge Sake Pongee Series
This is the first time I purchased this product😊.
I saw it at Takashimaya but held off and bought it at Ikoma Sake Shop 😁.
It seems to be made with prolific yeast. I think the sake level was pretty negative 🤔.
It smells and drinks like green apple as it says on the label. The low alcohol content and gentle mouthfeel makes it easy to drink.
Seemed to have a slight gassy feeling as well.
The label looks expensive, but it is reasonably priced at about 1600 yen.
Is it because it's made with out of quality rice?
