Morinori started to be sold by Ikoma Sake Shop.
I'm glad to be able to buy it nearby, because I thought I had to go to Kobe to buy it, as well as Rairaku.
The toji (master brewer) used to work for Hakutsuru.
It's a little gassy and tangy. Impressive acidity and juicy sweetness. It is a perfect balance between modern and classic. A trace of bitterness in the latter half.
I don't know yet, but personally I think I prefer the freshly opened atmosphere 🤔.
I think the sweetness diminishes and becomes spicier as the days pass.
