I've looked online and can't find much about it, but I'm wondering if it's a new product. It looks rare, so I bought it at Ikoma Sake Shop.
It's not super sweet, but it's fruity. It has a firm umami flavor with a touch of Omachi character.
If this were a draft sake, it would be very good.
I felt it changed a lot as time passed after opening.
It is more fruity when just opened.

Hi bouken 🐦.
I love Yamaguchi sake, so I'm interested in this brewery too 😊Ikoma-san is really great!
I can't go to the brewery festival this time, so if you go, please give us a report if you don't mind 🙏.

Hi bouken 😃
Actually, I'm going back to Shimonoseki, my parents' home this weekend and I was planning to visit Yamazaru's brewery 😀 I've never seen it before and I thought it was rare in Kansai.
I've never seen it before and thought it was rare in Kansai, but I see you have it too 🤣.

Good evening, Pon-chan.
The sales person of Yoneyama Tsuru, which Icoma-san handles, is also in charge of Yamazaru, so there seems to be a connection between the two 😊.
Yamazaru is also coming to the brewery festival 😍I'm going to have a drink 😋.

Good evening, Mr. Yasube.
There might be some sake that you can only buy at the brewery 😍.
You don't see them except at department store tasting sales 🤔.
I think there was a liquor store near Panasta in Suita that carries it 😊.

Good evening, bouken 😀
I'm on my way back to Shimonoseki 😀.
I'm aiming to bring in some limited edition sake from a brewery for my next drinking party on this trip home, but I hope it's sake that bouken-san has never had 🤣.
