Botan Junmai Nama-nama sake
A little floral? It was well-balanced but lacked a little impact.
It is delicious, but as the description says, it is an honor student type.
Oshiroibana Junmai Nama Nama-genshu
The sweet and umami flavors are quite robust and delicious.
I think there is another non-hana-yeast sake from another brewery that has a similar taste 🤔.
It may be a common type of sake in terms of taste
Strawberry Junmai Namaizu Harusake
It doesn't contain strawberry, but for some reason it has a lot of strawberry flavor.
I personally prefer it to Amabuki's strawberry yeast.
