Dewazuru was too disappointing, so I continued to open the bottle 😌.
The ikkoku series is brewed in limited quantities (100 bottles).
The barcode is the Akashi-Kaikyo Bridge.
Purchased at the Ikkoku tasting at the Ikoma Sake Shop just before the meeting with Tomo-san 😁.
Sake made with strawberry yeast. As it says, strawberry flavor comes a lot later. The first half is quite sweet.
The impact is strawberry, but I think the oshiroibana was well-balanced. I was quite confused after tasting 🤔.
I wonder if this series will be released next year?
I'd like to get some oscilloibana but it looks like it's sold out 😥.
I think it's pretty sweet and tasty after 2 days of opening it.
