It is said to be all Yamadanishiki active nigori nama sake, although it is not written on the label.
Purchase it at Ikoma Sake Shop along with Nama Hashiroshi Junmai Ginjyo Nama Nama Sake.
I had to open and close the bottle several times because it looked like it was going to spew when I opened it😅.
It has a strong gas and is shrieking. It is dry with little sweetness. I felt it was the best nigori sake for eating 🤔.
