Junmai Ginjo Raw Sake ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Dewa Sanda 80% polished rice 50% al16 This sake is fruity, mellow, and has a solid taste. The most impressive and shocking sake of this Thanksgiving was the [Jyushiro Ryu no Bastard ^_^]. Junmai Ginjo Sake - Raw - Dragon's Bastard 100%. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Polishing ratio 50% ALC I forgot to write it down. The only time you can enjoy Jyushiyo is during Thanksgiving... so happy to find such a super rare and precious sake! It's not that heavy for a Jyushiyo, but it has a fruity and fresh feel to it. I wonder if it's the difference in the sake rice? Anyway, it's delicious! The genealogy of the Dragon's Bastard was written on the label, but I couldn't read half of it. ALPHA TYPE3⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Junmai Daiginjo Junmai unfiltered and unpasteurized 100% Akitsuho, 50% polished rice, al14 This sake has a refreshing bubbly feel to it even though it has been brewed once. It's like a champagne aperitif. I was so shocked by it that I asked them to prepare it for me at Thanksgiving. Grinyl: 20160606, 20190904 (Thanksgiving)
