The most impressive and shocking sake of this Thanksgiving was the [Jyushiro Ryu no Bastard ^_^].

The only time you can enjoy Jyushiyo is during Thanksgiving... so happy to find such a super rare and precious sake!
It's not that heavy for a Jyushiyo, but it has a fruity and fresh feel to it. I wonder if it's the difference in the sake rice?

This sake has a refreshing bubbly feel to it even though it has been brewed once.
It's like a champagne aperitif. I was so shocked by it that I asked them to prepare it for me at Thanksgiving.
