The sake had a slight shwashiness in the mouth, a fruity aroma and taste, and a slightly sweet taste.

It has a slight sourness in the mouthfeel... I think it is a characteristic I feel with Gohyakumangoku. I think Sangonishiki, which I drank on the same day, is more to my liking than Kakuemon of Fukukomachi.

I was quite intimidated by the -13.3 sake level, but while it was sweet, it was not extremely sweet.
I was told that kijo-zake is brewed using sake instead of brewing water....
