Polishing ratio 50% ALC I forgot to write it down.
The only time you can enjoy Jyushiyo is during Thanksgiving... so happy to find such a super rare and precious sake!
It's not that heavy for a Jyushiyo, but it has a fruity and fresh feel to it. I wonder if it's the difference in the sake rice?
Anyway, it's delicious!
The genealogy of the Dragon's Bastard was written on the label, but I couldn't read half of it.
