A bottle of Tasake that I bought at Masaruya, which I visited during GW, because there was only one bottle in the fridge.
I don't know the difference because I don't drink much Yamahai brewed sake to begin with, but I'll try it.
The aroma is fruity, like pineapple. The mouthfeel is clean, with a beautiful sweetness and a light umami flavor. It has a refreshingly tasty flavor with a clean acidity that lingers in the aftertaste.
As one would expect from a rice wine, it was easy to drink and still delicious ✨.
