Timeline
アラジンFrom the Sanyo Hai Shuzo brewery in Shiso City, Hyogo Prefecture, comes this Junmai Ginjo from Banshu Ikkyo, a pure rice sake that worships the name of Kannon-sama "Nonosama" (Goddess of Mercy).
In addition to 20% Yamada-Nishiki, it is brewed with 80% Hyogo-Yume-Nishiki, a rice developed in 1993 in Hyogo Prefecture for sake brewing, with a rice polishing ratio of 55-60%.
It is served cold.
The appearance is almost colorless and transparent.
The aroma is a sweet ginjo aroma with a hint of rice.
The texture is smooth and smooth, with an apple-like acidity and an honest sweetness.
It is not persistent even when rolling around in the mouth, and the acidity on the back end is very refreshing.
If you are okay with sake with a sweeter mouthfeel, this is the type of sake you can easily enjoy.
Sake from Hyogo has a more crisp image, but this one, true to its name, has a sweetness up front like the gentleness of Kannon-sama, making it an interesting and delicious sake.
We had it at Jack and Matilda, a stand-up bar in Fukushima, Osaka, along with a limited four-serving platter for one person.
It went well with the scallop egg yolk soy sauce that complemented the mellowness of the scallop. ジェイ&ノビィHi Aladdin 😃
I just bought a bottle of Nohsan the day before yesterday!
I'm looking forward to tasting Kannon's kindness ☺️👍 アラジンHi Jay & Nobby!
Noobie, it's a nice, mellow, gentle drink 🍶.
Enjoy!
shinjii_tabelogMansaku no Hana ★5.0 Full-bodied yet delicate, the best balance, this is delicious!
アラジンThis Daiginjo is made with 100% Omachi from Okayama Prefecture, with a rice polishing ratio of 50%, and is unfiltered and fire-aged.
It has a clear appearance with a slight yellowish tinge, and a hint of ginjo aroma that gives a sense of transparency.
When you drink it, the juicy taste of rich rice sweetness spreads juicily, but it is not clingy, and it quickly recedes.
It has a juicy, umami-kuchi type flavor, but its freshness makes it a good match with meat or fish as a mealtime sake.
A delicious sake!
We had it at Jack and Matilda's standing bar in Fukushima, Osaka! アラジンJunmai Daiginjo-Unfiltered Nama-shu made with 100% rice (Morinokumasan) and 50% polishing ratio. It is a Kumamoto Castle reconstruction prayer sake 2022 brewed with rice developed at the Kumamoto Agricultural Research Center.
It has a clear, beautifully cloudy appearance, and the aroma is a perfect combination of a fresh, light, green apple-like ginjo aroma and a sweet aroma with a hint of rice flavor, with a sweet, sour aroma.
In the mouth, you can feel the delicious taste of rice and refreshing acidity in good balance along with the favorite shwashiness.
As an orikarami, it has a smooth texture, and I really liked it.
We had it at Jack and Matilda's standing bar in Fukushima, Osaka.
