アラジン
Junmai Daiginjo-Unfiltered Nama-shu made with 100% rice (Morinokumasan) and 50% polishing ratio. It is a Kumamoto Castle reconstruction prayer sake 2022 brewed with rice developed at the Kumamoto Agricultural Research Center.
It has a clear, beautifully cloudy appearance, and the aroma is a perfect combination of a fresh, light, green apple-like ginjo aroma and a sweet aroma with a hint of rice flavor, with a sweet, sour aroma.
In the mouth, you can feel the delicious taste of rice and refreshing acidity in good balance along with the favorite shwashiness.
As an orikarami, it has a smooth texture, and I really liked it.
We had it at Jack and Matilda's standing bar in Fukushima, Osaka.
The food was reasonably priced and tasty to both the eye and palate, and the staff was very pleasant and helpful.
