We drank this sake in a comparison with Tasake and Gin Karasuboshi 🍶.
I had an impression that this Mutsu Hachisen was sweeter, but many reviews say it is dry....

Enjoying Aomori's Sake at the Sake Cost Brewery Series ③.
Next to the comparison of Tasake, a comparison of Tasake Gin-Karasu-boshi and Mutsu-Hatsusen 🍶.
Tasake/Gin-Karasu-boshi is packed with flavor and is refreshing and easy to drink. Personally, it is my favorite of the three Tasyu I've had so far ✨.

I drank this Yamahai-brewed sake in a comparison with Tasake and Tokubetsu Junmai. It seemed richer than the special junmai, and I personally preferred the taste of this one 🍶.
