Dewa Sanzatsu and Banshu Yamada Nishiki Yamada Nishiki, right? I've had Yoshikawa Yamadanishiki twice in the past, but this is my first time drinking Banshu Yamadanishiki! I guess the Banshu Yamadanishiki is more expensive than the Dewa Tsannin and the Yoshikawa Yamadanishiki. Excellent mouthfeel! The sweetness is just the way I like it! It was a good choice! I left the restaurant with sashimi and oyster rice! When I arrived at the airport, the flight was delayed by 35 minutes due to a delay in the arrival of the aircraft as usual! It was after midnight when I got home! I wish I could have had a drink more calmly! Next Monday is the Fukurokuju Festival and Tuesday is the Noe Festival! I stopped by this restaurant for an hour 🆗 and it was my third visit 3️⃣ The owner kindly offered us to drink the rest of the wine since there was only a little left after pouring it into our wine glasses! Thank you so much 😭 Summer sake, light and delicious! I was able to drink two glasses, so I'm twice as happy 2️⃣ a great deal of knowledge AKABU challenged a new generation of sake! Last time I was at this restaurant, I found another Murayusyu, so let's try it! I knew it was a fruity sake like the one we had at this restaurant 🍶. First, let's quench our thirst with a draft beer! It was 34 degrees Celsius and boiling hot in Sapporo today! We have a lot of oden, so let's start with sake: ▶️ Lots of Niimasa, Keiraku and Kangiku! But this blue label made me want to go to the beach! made me want to go to the beach! Akabu SEA We had a lot of Akatake hits this year! After meeting this SEA in Fukuoka, we met again 🫂. The low alcohol content makes it easy to drink at a good pace, with a slight sourness. The waiter is very generous 🙆. There were some good sakes in the cold storage, such as Kafuda-shu, Fudo, Viridian, Cosmos, etc., but I'll have Murayu, which I don't get a chance to drink very often! I've only had the purple label once in the past, in Morioka. When I first sniffed the wine glass, I could smell a little bit of alcohol. But when I put it in my mouth, it tastes sweet like cotton candy! This is delicious! I wish they could do something about the aroma, but oh well. Five kinds of sashimi for 500 yen! Japanese style fried potatoes in dashi broth. I've never had this before! It's quite a big portion for one person, so next time I'll come with a few people! It's also a new restaurant, so it wasn't full, but there were quite a few customers. It's a very cost-effective restaurant and I'm sure it will be very popular. Let's come again! A recently opened restaurant near our hotel. I was curious about it, so I paid a visit this evening. Oden and Sakana Serori Sapporo Ekimae Branch It's bright and has a very nice atmosphere. The waitresses wear the same uniform and their smiles are also nice 🙆🏻 There are also some alcoholic beverages in the cold storage! They also have Niimasa! First, I ordered some oden and sashimi! I looked at the cold storage myself and decided what kind of sake would go well with it! Green bottle with a bright green label, skunk cabbage Light ginjo aroma Sweet and juicy on the palate! It was a good choice! The sourness of the appetizer of iburigakko potatoes goes perfectly with this sake! And then came the oden (ten kinds of oden)! 🍢🍢🍢🍢🍢🍢🍢🍢🍢🍢 All of them were delicious and full of flavor! Especially this big donko shiitake mushroom! Sake is basically poured into a wine glass!
