Based on the traditional techniques of Senkou, United Arrows is an innovative collaboration that was born while visiting the brewery and participating in the sake brewing process. The season of autumn leaves when the trees turn beautiful colors. We created this assemblage with the rich fruit of autumn in mind. Please enjoy this now-only taste of sweet and sour spreading like figs as an accompaniment to the red-colored maple leaf picking.
