@Oden and Fish Serori They pour wine in glasses so you can enjoy it slowly! We ordered quite a few dishes, so let's have just one more drink! There were some good sakes in the cold storage, such as Kafuda-shu, Fudo, Viridian, Cosmos, etc., but I'll have Murayu, which I don't get a chance to drink very often! I've only had the purple label once in the past, in Morioka. When I first sniffed the wine glass, I could smell a little bit of alcohol. But when I put it in my mouth, it tastes sweet like cotton candy! This is delicious! I wish they could do something about the aroma, but oh well. Five kinds of sashimi for 500 yen! A recently opened restaurant near our hotel. I was curious about it, so I paid a visit this evening. Oden and Sakana Serori Sapporo Ekimae Branch It's bright and has a very nice atmosphere. The waitresses wear the same uniform and their smiles are also nice 🙆🏻 There are also some alcoholic beverages in the cold storage! They also have Niimasa! First, I ordered some oden and sashimi! I looked at the cold storage myself and decided what kind of sake would go well with it! Green bottle with a bright green label, skunk cabbage Light ginjo aroma Sweet and juicy on the palate! It was a good choice! The sourness of the appetizer of iburigakko potatoes goes perfectly with this sake!
