I had a late flight, so I had a sudden idea for a quick dinner and drink.
I stopped by this restaurant for an hour 🆗 and it was my third visit 3️⃣
The owner kindly offered us to drink the rest of the wine since there was only a little left after pouring it into our wine glasses!

There are five key words
1) It must be Junmai sake
(2) It must be a pure sake
(3) Must have a balance of taste and aroma
(4) Alcohol 13 degrees Celsius
(5) Slightly gaseous
Ingredients Ginga 60% Iwate Prefecture
Alcohol content 13%.
Yeast used: Iwate yeast
Water used for brewing: Kitakamigawa River subsoil water
