The aroma is mild rather than subdued, and when the bottle is opened, the ginjo aroma comes out slowly rather than fluffily. I thought it would be refreshing, but it has the sweetness of rice and a strong aftertaste that is very delicious. It seems to go well with light sashimi.

It's been a long time since I've had this Koei Kiku. It's not as dense as I thought it would be, even though it's unfiltered undiluted sake, it's light and has a strong acidity, so it's more of a summer sake than a food sake.

This is my first Tedorigawa. It is a Junmai Daiginjo, but the ginjo aroma is less than I expected? I thought so. As it says on the back, when you taste it, you can feel a little gas and the sweetness of the rice spreads, and it is a beautiful sake with a strong flavor. I paired it with octopus sashimi, and it was very delicious.

It has a fruity aroma like muscat and a tingling and gassy feeling at the beginning and acidity and a little bitterness at the end. It was a sake that made me want to drink it again. Overall, it was more sweet and juicy than I expected, and I really enjoyed it. I enjoyed it more as a sake than as an alcoholic drink.

I got this one because it was nice to meet you, and it was refreshing with a ramune like aroma and gassy taste. A little more in the middle? A little more in the middle? Flavor? I'm not sure if it's a good thing or not, but it's a good thing.

I've been looking forward to this snowman for a year. I finally got to taste it this year. I was surprised that it was muddy, so I thought it would be sweet like the Sanuki Cloudy, but it was surprisingly refreshing and had a slight sour taste at the end. Bitterness? So it was very easy to match with the meal and delicious.

I got a pair of glasses for the sake day and glasses day on October 1. At first, it was gorgeous, with a muscat-like taste, and later on, I could sense the richness of the flavor. It was delicious in the middle of the meal, as if it was not overwhelmed by the oil.

The cooler weather has brought us to the season of delicious hiyaoroshi (grated hiya). The taste of the rice is gorgeous and typical of Aisan, and the rich and juicy flavor of the hiyaoroshi rice is very tasty at room temperature.

I tried drinking it cold at first, but it had a thick sour and sweet taste, and was very similar to Calpis. Yogurt? It has low alcohol content and a nice muddy taste. It was like this. It's too rich as it is, so I still enjoyed it on the rocks as recommended.

Walk on the wild side! So I drank a bottle of Miyoshikiku. I had an image of a jacket when I thought of Miyoshikiku, but it had a strong lactic acid bacteria taste after the muscat flavor when I swallowed it, and it slipped out of the bottle at the end, and I enjoyed it with oden.
