I've been looking forward to this snowman for a year. I finally got to taste it this year.
I was surprised that it was muddy, so I thought it would be sweet like the Sanuki Cloudy, but it was surprisingly refreshing and had a slight sour taste at the end. Bitterness?
So it was very easy to match with the meal and delicious.
