Timeline
インチキンLong time no post.
It was more refreshing than I expected, I was surprised because I had a preconceived notion that since it was a UA collaboration, it would have a robust flavor.
It was a stand-alone sake, but I really enjoyed it. いーじーPurchased at the 4th Kitakyushu liquor store tour
It was purchased at Ura no Sake Shop in Yukuhashi.
It is my first brand.
At room temperature
Medium-bodied
Smooth but with a slightly crisp aftertaste.
There is a slight sweetness.
It is not that heavy, so it is recommended as a mid-meal drink.
It goes well with grilled fish, grilled chicken, or salad with a crisp dressing. インチキンHiyoroshi" and "Akagari" have arrived one after another.
This one was served cold, but it had a robust hiyaoroshi flavor that went well with the teriyaki flavor of the meat rolls and was very tasty. いーじーPurchased at Urano Sake Shop in Yukuhashi, Fukuoka
I brought it back to Osaka as a souvenir from Fukuoka!
I've had Aoten, Asahiran, and Saido, but never Heaven!
I had given up on drinking it this year, but I happened to find it!
Cold sake
Sour aroma
Slightly gaseous
Sourness reminiscent of citrus fruits such as group fruits and oranges
Aftertaste is quite peculiar and astringent インチキンThe aroma when the bottle was opened was very gorgeous, and the taste was more subdued than the others, perhaps due to the slightly lower alcohol content.
Still, it has a robust flavor, with a lingering acidity and bitterness that makes the sake better on its own and very tasty. いーじーThe 2nd Kitakyushu Sake Shop Driving Tour Purchase Sake (1)
It's been two months since my last visit, so it's been a while.
First, we went to Urano Sake Shop in Gyohashi City.
I chose Miyoshigiku, which I had never had before.
I was told that this one was especially typical of Miyoshigiku among the summer liquors, White Grape, Mukohi, and Second Summer.
Cold sake
The aroma is incredibly gorgeous!
It reminds me of grapes and muscat.
It is light but has enough volume and umami from the rice.
The aftertaste is normal.
Good to drink with a glass of wine インチキンWe enjoy this sake every year.
It is a sparkling sake that has a little sweetness, but is refreshing and has a strong rice flavor that can be enjoyed either on its own or as a mealtime drink.
It is recommended to drink it with grated radish after a day's drinking, but it always runs out before that time. いーじーKitakyushu Sake Shop Driving Sake (3)
Another bottle at Urano Sake Shop
The fridge was full, so we chose a selection of room temperature summer sake!
Kitajima was chosen from among Shichida, Mansaku no Hana, Mikuyo, Tenju, Yamamoto, etc.!
I have the impression that you don't see this kind of sake very often even in the Kansai region.
First time drinking
Banana? Aroma
According to my research, other people think it smells like grapes.
Quite a gorgeous aroma, a little too sweet for my taste
Fairly dry.
It has a coolness typical of summer sake, but it is more on the mellow side. いーじーKitakyushu Sake Shop Driving Sake (1)
Kitakyushu Sake Shop Tour Drive with Acquaintance
At Urano Sake Shop in Yukuhashi
A liquor store in the Kitakyushu area that carries popular brands such as Eiko Fuji, Senkori, Amami, Nabeshima, Takachidai, etc.
Personally, I think it is one of the most famous liquor stores in Fukuoka Prefecture.
I chose a special junmai sake that I had never had before!
Refreshing aroma
Slight sweetness and umami
Less gaseous than hi-ire
Simple flavor with no peculiarities that makes the cup go down a treat! インチキンImmediately after opening the bottle, it had a tangy, gassy, clean taste and lingering aftertaste, and it was not lactic, so it was like a food wine that goes with everything.
On the second day, the taste and lingering sweetness became more robust and very tasty. インチキンHarushika, which I used to drink a lot, is a classic dry sake that I have not had in a long time.
It has a ricey aroma and a strong flavor that goes well with fatty sashimi such as yellowtail and toro, and was very tasty hot. インチキンThis year I happened to get a UA snowball instead of a regular snowball.
It was slightly sweeter and less bitter than the traditional snowball, and it went well with all kinds of meals, from rich to light. インチキンIt has a fresh, fruity, pineapple-like aroma, which is probably due to the color of the label, and a robust junmai flavor.
It can be served as a stand-alone sake or as an in-between-dinner drink, and it went well with the sashimi of tuna. インチキンWhen the bottle is opened, it has a fruity aroma that has the character of flying luan.
The flavor is also gorgeous, with an aroma and taste like small seedless grapes and sweetness.
The sweetness was a little strong and the sake was delicious on its own. インチキンIt was a well-balanced sake with a gorgeous aroma and fruity aftertaste, which is typical of Yamamoto, and a robust Yamahai flavor.
The robust flavor was my favorite, and it went very well with the fin fish sashimi. インチキンFirst sake in a long time.
It has a slightly tangy, rhummy taste that is only possible with summer sake. I served it with chicken tataki and bonito sashimi with chives and soy sauce, and it went very well with them.
I wanted to drink it on the rocks, but it was gone in no time. インチキンWhen the bottle was opened, it had a gorgeous aroma, but the sweetness was not strong, and the taste was clean with a little gas and a pleasant bitter aftertaste.
It was served with horse sashimi, and it went very well with the horse mackerel sashimi. インチキンIt has a slightly tangy gas feeling at first.
The aroma was gorgeous and the sweetness was a little strong, but the taste was firm and acidic, so it went very well with cream cheese, shrimp mayonnaise, and tofu paste with white sauce.
I thought I would enjoy it on its own because of its strong sweetness, but it was very good as a food wine. インチキンSnowmen sell out quickly around December, so re-stocking? I had already given up on this season, so when I encountered Masakana, I immediately purchased it.
This time, it had a little bit of sweetness in the aftertaste and a strong flavor that went well with the horse sashimi and was very tasty.
インチキンIt is like a sparkling wine with a gassy, clean acidity and a little bit of sweetness.
The bottom of the bottle is also shaped like wine.
It tastes like Shinsei, but the sugar-like sweetness makes it a bit more robust, and it is very tasty. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
