We could not get the stag beetle in time, so we got the beetle. It is already available as hiyaoroshi, but it was the first summer sake in a long time that reminded me of the tanginess, sweetness, and acidity of ramune. It was a very good last summer sake to finish off.

The color of "Takachiyo" suggests a grape-like flavor, but it is not very grape-like, but it has a strong fruity taste with the tanginess and flavor of unfiltered, light nigori (light bitterness) raw sake. It is flat polished rice, so it tastes like rice, and I enjoyed it on its own.

This is the third and last sake we received. I had often seen the label of a cute cat, but could not get it at the right time. It has an aroma of gaseous raw sake, but the taste is smooth, and the lingering aftertaste is a little acid and bitterness that keeps you from getting tired of drinking it. Although the aroma is strong due to the sake's raw state, it goes very well with white-flavored sashimi such as flatfish, rather than the same flatfish or salmon.

The second gift This is the first sake I have ever had. It has a very good aroma and acidity, which I like very much. The aftertaste was sweet, so I thought it would become sugary-sweet when it returned to room temperature, but the sweetness did not increase and it was very tasty. The flavor is robust, so it went very well with yakisoba.

I received the third bottle from a relative. When I opened the bottle, I thought it would be a refreshing sake without much ginjo aroma, but when I sipped it, it had a robust flavor with just the right amount of sweetness and acidity, and I enjoyed it with sea bream and amberjack sashimi.

Yogurt yeast? Lactic acid bacteria? It seems to be made with The yogurt flavor is relatively sweet, but there is a strong core of sourness and flavor, and the strong sweetness has a nice aftertaste. I thought about having it with the sake itself, but I paired it with cream cheese and horseradish, which is standard.

When poured, it has a fizzy and foamy taste just like a calpis soda. It tastes like something between Sanuki Kuraudai and Sengoku Yukidaruma, which we had before. The balance of sweetness and bitterness is very good, and we enjoyed it more as it is than with anything else.

Today, my parents were going to drink it with me at the end of the year, so I got one with a New Year's label. The tingling sensation of the origari, the ginjo, and the pleasant acidity were very well balanced, and although it was my first time drinking Chievijin, I would like to try other sakes. This was my last sake of the year, and I apologize for not being able to return the "like". I hope we can continue to have good sake for many years to come. When you open the bottle, it has a swooshiness, lychee, grape like taste, a little strong sweetness and sourness elsewhere. I thought the sweetness would increase when it came back to room temperature. I thought that the sweetness would increase, but the sourness increased and it was a strange feeling. It is my subjective view, but it was delicious to enjoy it as a sake rather than a food sake.

It's not as juicy as I imagined it would be, but it's clean. I thought it was unexpectedly refreshing because I had an image of a rich aroma and taste. But it is not watery, and the core is solid in aroma and taste, and it was delicious without getting tired of drinking. Unexpectedly, it went well with sakebi.

It's been a long time since I've had this Koei Kiku. It's not as dense as I thought it would be, even though it's unfiltered undiluted sake, it's light and has a strong acidity, so it's more of a summer sake than a food sake.

This is my first Tedorigawa. It is a Junmai Daiginjo, but the ginjo aroma is less than I expected? I thought so. As it says on the back, when you taste it, you can feel a little gas and the sweetness of the rice spreads, and it is a beautiful sake with a strong flavor. I paired it with octopus sashimi, and it was very delicious.

It has a fruity aroma like muscat and a tingling and gassy feeling at the beginning and acidity and a little bitterness at the end. It was a sake that made me want to drink it again. Overall, it was more sweet and juicy than I expected, and I really enjoyed it. I enjoyed it more as a sake than as an alcoholic drink.
