インチキン
This is the third and last sake we received.
I had often seen the label of a cute cat, but could not get it at the right time. It has an aroma of gaseous raw sake, but the taste is smooth, and the lingering aftertaste is a little acid and bitterness that keeps you from getting tired of drinking it.
Although the aroma is strong due to the sake's raw state, it goes very well with white-flavored sashimi such as flatfish, rather than the same flatfish or salmon.
