Today, my parents were going to drink it with me at the end of the year, so I got one with a New Year's label.
The tingling sensation of the origari, the ginjo, and the pleasant acidity were very well balanced, and although it was my first time drinking Chievijin, I would like to try other sakes.
This was my last sake of the year, and I apologize for not being able to return the "like".
I hope we can continue to have good sake for many years to come.
