Unlike the Modern, I thought it would be a classic sake, so I thought it would be quite robust, but when I sipped it, it had a slightly tangy texture on the tongue and the aroma was subdued, but it tasted like green apples? It was like a summer sake with an aroma like green apple and a taste like ramune.
It was like a summer sake. It seemed to go well with light snacks such as sea bream sashimi.
I would like to compare it with modern Sengoku next time.
