When you open the bottle, it has a swooshiness, lychee, grape like taste, a little strong sweetness and sourness elsewhere.
I thought the sweetness would increase when it came back to room temperature. I thought that the sweetness would increase, but the sourness increased and it was a strange feeling.
It is my subjective view, but it was delicious to enjoy it as a sake rather than a food sake.
