We finished the night in Osaka with our first Furoisen.
The H28BY was served warm. It has a soft umami, a pleasant sense of maturity, and just the right amount of sharpness.
So we had all the sake we had never had at Hatakeyama before, all warmed up. Here are some photos of the wonderful lineup.
I would definitely like to come back to both of these restaurants again, it was a very satisfying Osaka drinking experience 😊.
