やす☆First Suwaizumi served warm. It is exquisitely delicious with a soft matured feel and just the right amount of smokiness.
I've also included a photo of the food menu. やす☆The second restaurant was Hatakeyama, which my drinking friend in Nagoya had visited. The lineup of sake is perverted in a good way, with a strong emphasis on heated sake. It was unusual to be able to choose a tokuri as well as a boar cup, and I thought the sake cup stand was interesting.
The first cup was my first heated Hizen Kurashin. Even when heated, the sake was rather crisp and refreshing, with a soft mouthfeel and a nice sharpness, not unlike a 70% polished sake.
Here is a picture of the sake set that goes well with the sake. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
