I'm going to try a popular version that I haven't had very often at this restaurant. The smell of rice is strong, like cooked rice. The sweetness is quite moderate, as indicated by the dry description. The texture is tight. Aromatic rice flavor and sharp acidity. The rice flavor is not quite dry, but it has a voluminous flavor. Somewhat amino acidic flavor, almost filmy. Grain aroma at the end. It would go well with miso cucumber, or pork stewed in square cubes because it has a good slice of fat. (I ordered a highball first. I ordered the curry flavored chicken cutlet, it doesn't go well with it. A high-cost, spicy and tasty food wine. It may be served at different temperatures.
