Did I drink a fresh one sometime?
A faintly fruity aroma.
It's delicious!
Smooth on the tongue with a mineral feel.
Slightly apple, honey, and red flower-like flavors.
Beautiful yet fleshy rice flavor.
The acidity is well integrated with a hint of bitterness.
It also goes down the throat nicely.
Clearly a good sake.
Taste level 5/5
I get a glass of the high-end one, which I didn't expect.
It was the second New Year's gift.
The aroma is sweet and melodious. It smells like ripe peaches.
The first sip has a mild but firm flavor of rice. Aroma with a sense of maturity. It slightly reminds of wasanbon.
A moderate acidity that is in harmony.
The deep umami extends richly, and then recedes with a soft bitterness.
The texture is dense and powerful, but has a good thickness and hardness, and the mouthfeel is tight and tangy.
I certainly thought it was a "good sake.

Memorandum
It has an expansive taste of lychee and muscat with a sense of maturity. This is impressive. The attack was mild.
