The specs are probably Junmai Daiginjo.

The sweetness of the Aizan flavor was combined with a rich, mellow mouthfeel to create a delicious sake that makes you happy.

Niimasa's Private Lab series.
Being a kijoshu, it is naturally sweet, but it also has a thick, thick mouthfeel.

Slightly sweeter than the regular Snowball.
It has a yogurt and vanilla-like aroma, sourness, and a silky texture.

Special Junmai from the south.
The Junmai Nakadori that existed until last year seems to have been taken over by this one.
It is definitely a sake to be paired with sashimi.
It has a firm dry taste with a good acidity.
The so-called "squeaky" mouthfeel is typical of Minami. 南十字輝8/10
I always drink it while saying "Jikin-ume-ume, Jikin-ume-ume".
I wonder if this one will be new sake.
It has freshness, umami, and a fruity aroma with strong malic acidity.
The balance is very good, and I can't fault it.

This is the first of Tenmei's new sake Nakadori series.
Every year around November, No. Zero is shipped, and six types are released until No. 5 in April.
This No. 1 is based on Gohyakumangoku and is refreshing and fresh.
This series is basically an assemblage, mixing the original sake to create a well-balanced finish.
This was delicious. もふりーとDaikoku Masamune Ginjo-style sake. Aged 4 years at the warehouse. Incidentally, the quality of this sake is said to be the same as that of the beef and teppan we had the other day. Great value. It still has a strong sharpness and richness, with a rich yet rounded mouthfeel. It was fun to drink it while listening to Yasufuku-san's story. もふりーとWe moved to Izakaya Chieke and greeted Daikoku Masamune. Sake soko, autumn is dusk. The snack was cream cheese as an example.
The brewing water is not Miyamizu but Rokko mountain water, which gives it a very soft and full flavor. The taste was quite soft and full, yet still had the strong richness that is typical of Daikoku Masamune.
I greeted Yasufuku-san by showing him my X account screen, and he recognized me. We had been talking on Twitter for some reason.
