Special Junmai from the south.
The Junmai Nakadori that existed until last year seems to have been taken over by this one.
It is definitely a sake to be paired with sashimi.
It has a firm dry taste with a good acidity.
The so-called "squeaky" mouthfeel is typical of Minami.
