Gagakuyo, which was adopted by JAL's first class. It is said to be read as "Utashiro".
The specs are probably Junmai Daiginjo.
The taste is quite elegant, with a fruity muscat-like aroma spreading in the mouth.
I was impressed by the sake brewer who has created a sake that has an acidity that leads to a dryness at the end.
