We moved to Izakaya Chieke and greeted Daikoku Masamune. Sake soko, autumn is dusk. The snack was cream cheese as an example.
The brewing water is not Miyamizu but Rokko mountain water, which gives it a very soft and full flavor. The taste was quite soft and full, yet still had the strong richness that is typical of Daikoku Masamune.
I greeted Yasufuku-san by showing him my X account screen, and he recognized me. We had been talking on Twitter for some reason. It was nice to finally meet him face to face.
