Purchased at a liquor store. Slightly rarer. Cold sake. The aroma is subdued. Kamikigen is impressive for its fruity and clear flavor, but this is the first dry sake I have had. While it has a crisp and sharp taste, it is subtle if you ask whether it is that dry. However, it actually has a Sake meter of +15 degrees. It has a smooth mouthfeel with a moderate umami flavor. The aftertaste is rather short. Recommended for intermediate level sake drinkers.

Purchased at a liquor store. Personal selection of sake that has never been drunk and is appropriate to drink on New Year's Eve. Rarity is high in some areas. Drink cold. Aroma like white peach and pear. Not to say it is delicate, but it is pure, lovely, and calmly sweet. You will not get tired of drinking it. I drank it by itself, but it seems to go well with meat dishes. Recommended for sake beginners.

Purchased at a sake shop. I had only bought sake from outside the Tohoku region because I had often seen it at large sake specialty stores, so I decided to try some sake from Miyagi. I have been into sake for 3.5 years now, but I still haven't tried Hakurakusei, Wataya, Yamawa, Kenkonichi, Sumikoe, Abekan, Katsuyama, etc., so I would like to keep trying them. Rarity is high. Cold sake. Melon and banana-like aroma. It is strong. Refreshing acidity and a beautiful, soft mouthfeel. Very elegant taste. The aftertaste is normal. It is not boring to drink. I had it with L Chiki Red and it went surprisingly well with it. Even sake beginners can enjoy the taste.

I had a drink standing up. I had been curious about Sentori for a long time. The rarity is high depending on the area. I drank it cold. It was light and fruity on the palate, with a hint of sourness and a little bitterness. The aftertaste is normal. Recommended even for sake beginners.
