As with one previous post
Bought this as a drink to go with takoyaki.
Not okonomiyaki
Osaka and Hiroshima
I was wondering which one would go better with it.
The aroma is subdued.
Watery sensation in a good way
Soft on the palate
Disappears quickly after swallowing
Slightly tasty rice flavor
The aftertaste is rather long.
Due to the combination of takoyaki sauce and gentle umami, it goes very well with takoyaki.
It went very well with takoyaki.
Purchased at a liquor store. Slightly rarer.
Cold sake.

Kamikigen is impressive for its fruity and clear flavor, but this is the first dry sake I have had. While it has a crisp and sharp taste, it is subtle if you ask whether it is that dry. However, it actually has a Sake meter of +15 degrees.
It has a smooth mouthfeel with a moderate umami flavor. The aftertaste is rather short.
Recommended for intermediate level sake drinkers.

Personal selection of sake that has never been drunk and is appropriate to drink on New Year's Eve.
Rarity is high in some areas.
Drink cold.
Aroma like white peach and pear.
Not to say it is delicate, but it is pure, lovely, and calmly sweet. You will not get tired of drinking it.
I drank it by itself, but it seems to go well with meat dishes.

Cold sake.
Gorgeous and lively aroma like muscat.
It has a gaseous and mellow sweetness. When swallowed, it is not too heavy and leaves a lingering, relaxing aftertaste.
