Purchased at a sake shop.
I had only bought sake from outside the Tohoku region because I had often seen it at large sake specialty stores, so I decided to try some sake from Miyagi. I have been into sake for 3.5 years now, but I still haven't tried Hakurakusei, Wataya, Yamawa, Kenkonichi, Sumikoe, Abekan, Katsuyama, etc., so I would like to keep trying them.
Rarity is high.
Cold sake.
Melon and banana-like aroma. It is strong.
Refreshing acidity and a beautiful, soft mouthfeel. Very elegant taste. The aftertaste is normal.
It is not boring to drink. I had it with L Chiki Red and it went surprisingly well with it.
Even sake beginners can enjoy the taste.
