The combination of the piquancy and the refreshing sweetness and acidity reminded me of ramune. I only drink Niimasa at the store and have never really been impressed with it, but on this day I thought I understood why it was so popular (was it new because of the fast turnover?).
It made me want to drink what I bought in bottles.

生酛の酸味と熟成酒のしっかり感がいい感じ。
色もうっすら黄金色。香りはそんなにないかなー。

独特な香りと舌触り。林檎酸の酸味はしっかり感じつつも強すぎず飲みやすい。
ちょっとクセがあるから好みは分かれるかなー。
