disry
We bought this at the Tobiraizumi sales event. My own image of Tobiraizumi is that it is a slightly perverted sake, so I was very nervous when I opened the bottle.
Oh, this is drinkable.
The aroma is caramel, dried grapes, and lactic acid. I was surprised that it was close to the Soga I drank the other day.
As soon as you taste it, the sweetness spreads to your tongue. It is not a fruity sweetness, but a rich sweetness like honey. There is acidity, but it enhances the sweetness. There is no gas feeling.
The aftertaste is unexpectedly quick and crisp. There is almost no bitterness, and the sweetness does not remain on the tongue.
It is a sake that can be enjoyed with food. However, it goes best with chocolate.
