Okunoto's Shirakiku was brewed by Kuroemon XVI with rice left over from Shirakiku's sake brewery due to the earthquake disaster.
When you hear such an episode, you have no choice but to drink it.
I tried it with a classical sake-like image, but it was too easy to drink and too delicious, with an exquisite sense of balance.
It is good.
