Nice to meet you Sono Shangiku! I was able to drink it slowly and savor it slowly and savor it slowly, perhaps because it is an autumn sake. I guess it was because I drank the remaining Mimuro cedar at first, so I felt it was too much. It has a fizzy and fizzy taste, with a hint of pineapple or apple? Apple? Aroma like pineapple🍍 or apple🍍? The smell gives an image of fruity freshness, but the taste is calm and the acidity is not harsh, and the flavor spreads softly in the latter half of the bottle.

Fresh and tangy with some niggles. The second half is moderately acidic and tasty and calms you down! I drank a little too much yesterday, so today I chose this low-alcohol one! This bottle was recommended by a liquor store that I have recently been in a relationship with! I bought it even though I thought it was a bad idea since I have 6 bottles in stock! Lately, I've been pushing for Yamaguchi Prefecture!

I'm beginning to notice that there is more Yamadanishiki as a result, these days lol! This is a repeat of the last bottle of Amami, which I have in stock, so I opened the bottle! Ah! Yum! Juicy! I imagined it would be sweet and thought about opening the other bottle in the middle, but after a brief first touch, the acidity and bitterness came right away, and it was very sharp for a nigori! I paired it with canned mackerel and Chinese pickles with leek. They went perfectly together!

Summer sake? Is it going to be a summer sake? I used to love Sentori for its light acidity. I still love it ❤️. This is even more acidic than that! It makes me feel like I've just been sucking on a calm lemon 🍋! I had fried chicken today and it tasted like fried chicken with a squeeze of lemon.
