A limited edition of Kangiku polished to 29%. X the year before last, C last year, and now we can finally see hope after overcoming C✨. It has a very clean taste due to the high polishing, but it also has a strong umami flavor 😋. I guess this is what they mean when they say "well-balanced" ✨.

Amami Akaban Omachi Nama Sake✨ We were able to get our hands on a rare bottle of this sake at CSW2023 at the right time 😋! It combines the gorgeousness of Amami with a clean acidity and a soft fizzy freshness that can be served with food or on its own 😍.

It was served at a restaurant with a wide variety of sake 😌. The taste is quite mild or refreshing among the Jyushidai sake. The fact that you can drink it as much as you want without any hesitation is still amazing.

The label changed and the 6 is harder to see 😓. I want to pat myself on the back for being lucky enough to get it along with the heavenly frog ✨. The gorgeous umami and subtle acidity are nicely balanced and really complete.

I never thought I'd be able to drink Tenkaeru at this time of the year 😍. The rice flavor is hidden in the acidity and bubbles, almost like champagne, and I want to know how it is fermented 🤔. It didn't take long to open this lot.

Sentori x UNITED ARROWS Sakura Fubuki arrived and I opened the bottle immediately✨! The taste is completely different from Sentori Sakura, with a fruity sweet and sour taste and the bright red yeast color is indescribably delicious💕!

I was introduced to this bottle at Mimasu Sake Brewery in Tokyo when I heard it was a "refreshing sake". It has a really clean, clean, clean taste...yet it doesn't have an unpleasant ethanol smell, so you can keep drinking...and it won't interfere with food. It will not interfere with food. I drank it with my colleagues at work and it was quite popular.
